Sara Babcock, MSN, RN, is a Clinical Information Analyst Lead. Sara joins MISHC from Corewell Health Hospitals where she was a Manager of Clinical Registries focusing on the Pediatric and Cardiovascular patient populations.  

Sara works a nurse educator for MISHC, helping to ensure MISHC sites meet all CMS and TVT requirements through chart reviews, report findings, and site visits. In addition, Sara works to develop MISHC reports, registry and VBR goals, educational meetings, and relevant tools for our participating sites for quality improvement.  

She also works closely with the national STS/ACC NCDR TVT registry to provide feedback on behalf of structural heart sites in the state of Michigan on definitions, data fields, and TVT reporting.
