Clinical Quality Improvement Lead, Sheryl Fielding, is the nurse educator for MISHC. Sheryl works closely with the national STS/ACC NCDR TVT registry to provide feedback on behalf of Structural Heart sites in the State of Michigan on definitions, data fields, and TVT reporting. She also helps to ensure MISHC sites are meeting all CMS and TVT requirements through chart reviews and site visits. Sheryl helps develop the MISHC reports, registry and VBR goals, educational meetings, and relevant tools for our participating sites to use for quality improvement.
