MISHC 2025 Quarter 3 Reports Available

The MISHC TAVR, MTEER, and TMVR 2025 Q3 and 2025 Q3 rolling 4 quarters discharge level, 30 day follow up, 1 year follow up, dashboard, snapshot, detail, and M&M reports are now available. Please note that the TMVR reports have low volumes when reviewing.

The follow up completion requirements have been implemented in the 2025 Q3 follow up reports. The definitions are available in the MISHC TAVR follow up report dictionary on mishc.org. The IT team has developed a follow up completion detail report outlining the specific metrics that are required and completed in the follow up completion percentage at the patient level for your review in the detail folder. This detail report will identify follow up forms that did not have the KCCQ completed within the window of 23 – 75 days and whether a score was able to be calculated along with the NYHA and echo variables required for completion.

Your site has chosen two MISHC participants at your site to receive the report links.  One of the report links has been sent to your MISHC/TVT data abstractor/coordinator.  Please contact your Michigan Structural Heart Consortium/TVT Coordinator for copies of the reports.

Reports can be found in the following folders.

2027 VBR Goal performance has been added to the TAVR dashboard report. The 2027 VBR goal measurement periods are 2025 Q4 – 2026 Q2 for Cardiac Rehab Referral prior to Discharge and AV Mean Gradient documented at 1 year. The site-specific goal measurement period is 2026 Q1 & Q2. The physician participation goal is for meeting attendance in the 2026 MISHC meetings. If a structural heart physician attends 1 virtual meeting and 1 in person meeting your site meets one goal. If both a structural heart surgeon and cardiologist attend the in person collaborative meeting in November this will meet 2 of the 3 out of 4 required goals.
