New Best Practice Protocol - Post-TAVR Conduction System Abnormalities

A new Best Practice Protocol, “Post-TAVR Conduction System Abnormalities,” is now available on mishc.org. The protocol includes a predictive model for permanent pacemaker requirement that outlines patient and procedural factors. It provides a best practice workflow for each of the currently identified groups of patients with peri-procedural types of management regarding conduction abnormalities. MISHC best practice protocols are based on consortium-wide consensus at the time of publication and are updated regularly. Please remember that best practice protocols do not replace the professional opinion of the treating physician. Thank you to Amr E Abbas, MD, and Brittany Pridham, NP, for leading the development of this resource.
