- Blue Cross has agreed to pay a flat 25% FTE model regardless of procedure volume for all sites that enter the full data set. Reach out to Mollie Bodin with any FTE-related questions.
- TVT Star Rating requirements, reporting, and scoring was reviewed. Let’s get at least one 3 star program in MISHC!
- Emily Naquin from Trinity Health Ann Arbor shared TVT registry additional coding direction regarding Procedure Status, as discussed in relation to the TVT star rating Acuity Status metric.
- Reach out if you have questions about how to interpret your TVT star rating.
- 2027 VBR goals include a physician participation metric. Attending one 2026 virtual meeting and the in-person collaborative meeting = one goal acquired. If both a structural heart surgeon and a cardiologist attend the in-person meeting on November 14, 2026, this will count as two goals acquired.
- To receive the 2027 VBR payment, three of four goals must be met in 2026.
