Sara Babcock Joins MISHC as a Clinical Information Analyst Lead
Sara Babcock, MSN, RN, joined the MISHC Coordinating Center as a Clinical Information Analyst Lead.
Sara comes to MISHC from Corewell Health Hospitals where she was a Manager of Clinical Registries focusing on the Pediatric and Cardiovascular patient populations.
Sara will work as a nurse educator for MISHC, helping to ensure MISHC sites meet all CMS and TVT requirements through chart reviews, report findings, and site visits. In addition, Sara will develop MISHC reports, registry and VBR goals, educational meetings, and relevant tools for our participating sites for quality improvement.
She will also work closely with the national STS/ACC NCDR TVT registry to provide feedback on behalf of structural heart sites in the state of Michigan on definitions, data fields, and TVT reporting.
